Your PayPal Balance cannot be withdrawn to a credit card. If your credit card company offers the option to pay with PayPal, you would choose PayPal as the funding source and log in. Otherwise, you will want to withdraw your PayPal Balance to a bank account and use that bank to pay your credit cards. I hope this helps!
