Bank Blocking Card

Whenever I try to use my card for a transaction, it says something like my bank is blocking the card. I've double checked all the info and it's all correct. Furthermore I requested the code to verify my card, but now I have the code but I don't know where to put it. Does that mean I just got scammed $3???

You can't use a card until its confirmed as per link.
