my PayPal Cashback World Mastercard was billed for three transactions by a seller in Florida that appears to be defunct -- I cannot find any contact information for them, and their website has been "parked" by registrar GoDaddy since the beginning of May.
the PayPal Resolution Center does not show these transactions, even though they are clearly displayed at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/credit/rewards-card/?source=FINANCIAL_SNAPSHOT
I opened a case to complain, but PayPal closed my ticket saying it looked okay to them.
Synchrony Bank just bounces me back to PayPal.
I do not like the idea of calling them and being put on hold for twenty-five minutes, just to be disconnected again, as happened this afternoon. I would be grateful for any advice or recommendation for what to do next.
