Automatic Payment List missing from both website and iphone app

Since this afternoon my list of Automatic payments is missing from both the website and my iphone app.  I called customer service and the representative said she could see my list and had no idea why I could not.  She said she would "ask someone else".  I then tried online chat. He suggested I clear cache, reopen app and try a different browser.  I did all of that and still could not see the list.  That representative also said that he could see my list and thought it was a "technical glitch".  He then said to wait 24 hours and let them know if it came back.  Has this happened to anyone else?  I can't imagine it is going to magically come back and I have many automatic payments set up.  I appreciate any help anyone can give me.  Thak you.

Please go ahead and file the complaint against PayPal for hiding the PayPal subscriptions from customers. If I cannot cancel unwanted subscriptions then PayPal is if no use at all. Please proceed with the complaint. Thank you

Same issue and for a second I believe it to be a plugin issue.  Nope just unsophisticated coders at "work" here.  Attempted to stop a sony entertainment sub I began a while back since it "mistakenly chose" a payment method other than the one selected previously when making a purchase.  Of course, there wasn't sufficient funds, it then "went down the line" pinging all of the other payment methods, which conveniently have OD charges awaiting.  But, wait THERE'S MORE!!!  you can't remove the sub and or even view the list of vendors or subs.  guess I remove ALL of the funding sources then lol...

Yes! Just last week I went in and could see all my automatic payments, both active and inactive. But today I needed to make a change, and it is completely missing from my account! This needs to get fixed fast!

So I spoke to support via phone call. They informed me that in the future, when I need to cancel any payment, I should contact them and wait for the next update. So, I'm unsure of what's going on. It could be an update from their side or perhaps a bug, but I didn't receive a clear answer.

Same issue here. I am unable to manage auto pay/billing agreements through the site on Desktop, or the mobile app. Please fix ASAP. I have 40+ billing agreements that I cannot manage.

I’m not seeing the active or inactive merchants in manage automatic payments in my account either. I’m only seeing suggested merchants for PayPal automatic payments. I called PayPal and was told to give it a day or two for the ability to manage automatic payments to reappear.

Same for me! I have a lot of subscriptions that are paid automatically via PayPal, but when I go to the automatic payments list, it is empty... Hope it's going to be fixed as soon as possible 😞

Same problem here.

Not suggesting this is a viable alternative, and clearly this needs to be fixed. But for anyone who comes here needing to cancel a pre-approved payment, I was still able to do it by:

1. going to "Activity"

2. selecting the last payment to that vendor (you can go back for a year)

3. Clicking on the payment to expand it

4. Clicking on "Manage XXX Payments" (where XXX is the name of the Vendor)

This takes you to a page where you can cancel it via the "Status" (active/inactive)

This also clearly shows the issue at hand because on the left hand side (web browser interface) it offers the opportunity to view  all "Active" pre-approved payments, but when you select this it just takes you back to the "suggested sellers" list of Spotify, Netflix etc
