Same problem here. Not suggesting this is a viable alternative, and clearly this needs to be fixed. But for anyone who comes here needing to cancel a pre-approved payment, I was still able to do it by: 1. going to "Activity" 2. selecting the last payment to that vendor (you can go back for a year) 3. Clicking on the payment to expand it 4. Clicking on "Manage XXX Payments" (where XXX is the name of the Vendor) This takes you to a page where you can cancel it via the "Status" (active/inactive) This also clearly shows the issue at hand because on the left hand side (web browser interface) it offers the opportunity to view all "Active" pre-approved payments, but when you select this it just takes you back to the "suggested sellers" list of Spotify, Netflix etc
