AMEX Card throwing up a "you cannot use this card on PayPal " error.

Hi,

I use PayPal to bill invoices to my clients in the US. In the last three months, they've been getting an error message stating  "you cannot use this card on PayPal ". Is there a way to fix this, as it is affecting my ability to generate my monthly invoices.

I am sorry to know that you're having issues to receive money from clients through Amex Card. As per the information that you have shared, it seems like our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep their accounts safe. Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for accounts in the future which could be the reason why they are getting this error. You may ask them to process payment using different payment method.
