why is my purchase from steam on hold and will they take more money from me

so basically my grandma and I got a check yesterday and I wanted to treat myself to some games on Steam so I bought them at around 47 dollars then for some reason it has ahold status for them, everything else seems fine its just that one purchase and I'm worried that they are going to take more money out and the domain the transaction used "steamgames.com" its legit because I've used it inside the steam desktop app so if anyone from the staff is reading this its legit and should remove that precaution for the domain.

When a payment is processed for a sale or service using PayPal, the money will be held by PayPal standard 21 days hold.
