Hey, so recently been trying to withdraw the money in my PayPal account, but it seems to not work. Basically, I want to transfer to my Westpac bank account and of course I’ll have to link first. When I link it, the Westpac account does not appear when I click transfer because apparently my card is not supported. However when I try the other method by putting my bsb and account number in, it brings up someone else’s card and not mine. Please help
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand it can be a bit concerning when you see an unrecognized card on your account. Was it a friend or potentially a family member that may have accidentally used your account? If it was, we would normally just recommend changing your password and removing that funding source from your account. If not, and you're concerned about unauthorized activity, please report it through our Resolution Center.
