Trouble adding bank acc

Im having trouble adding my bank acc can some one please help i added the first 6 numbers in the top and the rest down the bottom but its still not working im with westpac if that helps

 Use your -dash after suffix00 ex. Bank acc 12-3456-7891011-12

1.) 123456 (nospace)

2.) 7891011(-dash) suffix12
