gone to wallet balance transfer money add money to balance add money option press ok then nothing

Do you have a linked and confirmed bank account (not debit card) linked to your paypal account?

You do know that you don't need funds in your balance as a buyer don't you? Paypal will auto take payments from any linked and confirmed bank account or card.
