there is no "delivered" option on the edit tracking info

my money is on hold even though the service is already done, do i really need to wait 21days? is there anyway to confirm it? because when i edit the tracking info there is no "delivered" option

i sell service, its intangible.

I am sorry to know about the payment hold on your account. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. PayPal may place a hold on funds for a variety of reasons, but you may have options to help release the funds sooner than the standard 21 days hold time. Here's a great Help Center article on Why my Payment is on Hold. You can also visit this Help Center article for details on How to Release my Payment on Hold. Since you sell intangible item, kindly update the order status by selecting service or virtual product, the funds should be released once the verification has completed.
