stcpay is not accepting paypal payments?

I send money from paypal to stcpay but stcpay is saying they do not acceplt payment from paypal anymore? how to get my money now? its gone from paypal but not showing in stcpay?

I understand your concern about the payment on the account. Please know that if there is an issue with the transaction, the funds will be reversed back. If it's been more than a week or so, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to research this a bit further. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website so that our advisors can help you accordingly.

Did you get money back to paypal account or stcpay account? and how many days?
