Hi @RippaverseTheft I communicated them through private messages on twitter, and they did reply within few hours. I don't like twitter for such issues, but I had to. Anyway, you will get a response. Good luck!

Thanks @PayPal_RebeccaN for your reply, Unfortunately, I was not able to get a response using Message Us feature, and I had to communicate PayPal on Twitter which I don't like due to the fact that I don't like to share personal information such as financial transaction info. on public social media at all. These networks are not trusted in terms of privacy as we saw many issues/cases on the news over the past years.

Does message center work 24/7? If not, what are the working hours? I actually tried to contact PayPal support through "Message us," and when I click on "No, I need more help" it lags with no response at all. I tried multiple times and I waited for 30 to 60 min multiple times as well! Could anyone please help if there is any other way to reach PayPal support? Thanks

Hi @madoo211 I am facing the same issue now, what happened to you case? What did you do? Money was returned to you paypal or accepted at stcpay? how many days? Your input is highly appreciated. Regards
