Thanks @PayPal_RebeccaN for your reply, Unfortunately, I was not able to get a response using Message Us feature, and I had to communicate PayPal on Twitter which I don't like due to the fact that I don't like to share personal information such as financial transaction info. on public social media at all. Does message center work 24/7? If not, what are the working hours?   I actually tried to contact PayPal support through "Message us," and when I click on "No, I need more help" it lags with no response at all. I tried multiple times and I waited for 30 to 60 min multiple times as well!   Could anyone please help if there is any other way to reach PayPal support? Thanks ... View more
