A few months back I started using paypal, tried the cashapp stuff and transferred some of my earnings to paypal. Only had like 4$ in my paypal account. Fast forward, I haven't been actively using it these past couple of months. So today I opened paypal just to see my balance and it's all gone. Even the history of transaction from the cashapp. It's like a whole new account. So did some research and guess what. This **bleep** has been going on back since 2011. Paypal is definitely taking money from us.

Check any transactions after the $$ was paid in and see if they were funded or part funded from that balance, that is what normally happens.

What do you mean? Check where? The paypal account is like a new account. No history of transaction history whatsoever.
