Preferred payment method

I am trying to set my recently verified bank account as the preferred payment method for online purchases but it is not coming up as an option. I have successfully set it for in-store purchases.

Hi @PeterPiz1010

 

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can imagine it's a bit frustrating running into these issues setting your bank as a preferred payment method. Do you have a confirmed debit or credit card on your account as well? If not, that may be the reason you're unable to set that bank as a preferred method. Otherwise, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further guidance.

I've added my debit card and that has fixed my problem.  Thank you for your help.
