"These can’t be used for transfers"--"Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet." --I get this message when trying to transfer funds. PayPal worked for me perfectly thus far. Haven't had any issues recently, and have basically used it couple of days ago. My cards are not expired and are confirmed. Does anyone know what's the issue. How can I contact PayPal to inform about the issue?

It appears that the issue has since been resolved and withdrawals should be treated normally at this time. Please let us know if this has been resolved for you!

Having the same issue. Will try to contact PP support. My bank doesn't seem to know anything about the situation.

I apologise that you are not able to make a withdrawal, we are currently experiencing a technical issue that is affecting some customers that they cannot see their linked cards as a withdrawal option. This issue has been reported and our engineers are working hard to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again in 3-4 days to make a withdrawal again. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

They are **bleep** us! Told you 3-4 days, I got one reply stating it should be resolved next week, then another one it would be resolved by July 13th.
