"These can’t be used for transfers"-

"These can’t be used for transfers"--"Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet." --I get this message when trying to transfer funds. PayPal worked for me perfectly thus far. Haven't had any issues recently, and have basically used it couple of days ago. My cards are not expired and are confirmed. Does anyone know what's the issue. How can I contact PayPal to inform about the issue?

Hi Olivia, I am still having this issue. 
My master card visa is not accepting withdraws and it shows me " These can't be used for transfers". Any specifics suggestion?

Hi. My issue resolved by itself I didn’t do anything. I think I waited like 2 days or so. It’s some big on PP so I don’t think you can do anything aside contact PP if it doesn’t resolve soon.
