"Money is waiting for you & These can’t be used for transfers"-

"Money is waiting for you (in dollars)" is good. Next, I select "Accept the Money", the process has started. I choose "Transfer it to your bank" where, as a result, I want to select the card that I linked (PayPal will apply "EUR" when this card is being used). However, my card does not show up, but I click on "Don't see all your banks or cards?". And now she appears, however with the message "These can't be used for transfers Some banks and cards don't accept transfers just yet."( this is if you select the option - "in 1-3 days No fee"). If I select the option "in minutes 1.75% fee", then the following appears in the result: "These can't be used for transfers in minutes Most major debit cards and many banks accept instant transfers, but certain banks and card issuers aren’t supported." My card has not expired. Does anyone know what the problem is. How can I contact PayPal to report a problem? What is the problem?

Hello @Mike_MJ_Jacobs

Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community!

Sorry to hear about the withdrawal issues in your PayPal account. Some cards and bank accounts are not supported for transfers. It looks like the card linked in your account is not supported for the transfer. Have you confirmed your card and verified your PayPal account? You have to confirm your card and verify your PayPal account for successful transactions and transfers.

If your account is already verified and has a confirmed card, I suggest you to try to transfer to a different card or bank account. If the issue persists with every card, please reach out to PayPal support team to get this resolved.

Hope this information helps,

Bindu
