payment problem

have received a mail from paypal regarding a payment. However, when I click on the "CLAIM YOUR MONEY" it redirects me to a page showing the "transaction is no longer available" most of the time and does not even load sometimes. any help?

Then the buyer either cancelled it at their end as it was unclaimed OR it timed out 30 days post payment?
