so the thing is I lost my debit Mastercard and so I blocked my card and asked the bank to deleted my card....but I forgot that, i still have that card on my PayPal account...and I did make some transactions using that card...and the transaction says successfully sent..what does that mean??
If the card ACCOUNT that both cards (old and new) belong or belonged to is still open then it should go through fine. If not then your paypal account will go into negative until you pay paypal back (as they front the payment to the seller) OR they may try any back up funding sources if you have any on your paypal account.
