Hello ,  Recently A survey website sent me the money , On their website transaction status is paid but I have not received any money yet.

Did they send you USD as you can't accept your local INR?

If so then get back to them and see if its still pending on their side OR do you mean its on hold (not pending) on your account?

Does it show on your account at all?
