Help, my paypal is not linked to any bank and my payment preference is from my Paypal balance, I have been sending and receiving money for the past week with no problem until today. I cannot receive nor send, with a message "Your payment was denied - Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." How do I fix this?
