pay in 3 payment is overdue,

i lost debit card linked to pay in 3, the last payment is overdue, ive a new card, but it wont let me use the new card, any advice

Sorry to hear of the trouble updating the payment method for a Pay in 3 payment. 

Have you had a chance to add the card to your PayPal account? Once the new card is added to your PayPal account, you can update the Pay in 3 payment method by going to your Pay in 3 section, select the Pay in 3 plan you'd like to change, and then click Change next to Payment Methods. From there, you can update the payment method for this specific Pay in 3 plan.
