So Im checking my paypal for another transaction and see this other transaction x3 from a company I've never heard of. I cancel it and tell paypal to refund and never send any money there. 1 Hour later I figure out what it was and I want to cancel the refund but I can't find the button for it.
A refund cannot be cancelled or reversed. In a situation like this, it's best to reach out to the sender of the payment, explain what happened, and request they send the payment again.
