money paid per company but not reflected on paypal

Hi, I have been receiving regular money from Dellvar LLP for academic services. But last month I have not received my salary but they mentioned that the salary is transferred. I also have not received FIRA from PayPal which comes just before the transaction. Is it possible that the company sent money but it is not reflected on PayPal? Please help.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving a payment. Have you checked the Resolution Center to see if there's any actions that need your attention? If there's a Limitation present, the option to receive money may be restricted. If that's not the case, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support for further assistance.
