missing funds from the deal

I received 510 euros for selling smth to UK. as always added track number, buyer (Tom [removed]) received a parcel, confirmed. including PayPal fee it should have been 485 euro=10991 Czech kr. but I only received on my account 275 euro- 6253 Czech . 210 euros just flew away I don't know why and where... below are all screenshots of transaction,currency,result.

please help me.

Could be some of the payment from Tom is still on hold until 14 May. See pic 3.

 

PayPal sets a monthly immediate release amount for every PayPal account. If you go over that amount in a month, PayPal starts holding subsequent payments. Sometimes half of a payment is on hold and the other half is available immediately, because of that.

 

For example, let’s say your monthly immediate release amount for month of May is 1,000 CZK. And you received 1050 CZK going over by 50 CZK and your last transaction was for 100 CZK, PayPal can make only 50 CZK of that 100 CZK immediate available and the remaining 50 CZK is on hold and available by the date indicated.

 

On June 1, the cycle starts over again. Up to 1,000 CZK (or more because the amount can change with your payment volume or if you are able to request an increase from your account or by customer service) is immediately available and payments received beyond 1,000 CZK is on hold until delivery is confirmed or becomes available by the available date indicated.

 

You have 11.661,25 in your on hold balance that is not included in your available balance. See pic 1.

But why i cant see that another part of funds is on hold? I always receive the whole amount . I only can see that another payment from another buyer is on hold .

Try to look at the transaction information with a laptop. More space to look at information. Small phone screens cut off or hide information. 

Or contact customer services and ask them to review the payment details to confirm for sure only half is on hold. I have seen other people report that half the payment is on hold so that is a possibility.
