My account was permanently limited after two international transactions conducted using reverb.com

I recently sold some instruments on reverb.com using paypal to receive the payment for the instruments, about 3 weeks apart, for a total of around 1100 USD. Immediately upon receiving the second payment, paypal permanently limited my account and locked my funds.
I looked at the acceptable use policy, and cannot see anything in there where my actions would constitute an obvious breach.
Is there something I am missing? I cannot understand why paypal took such a drastic action without giving any information.

File a case at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to get in contact with PayPal executive escalations office to request another account review to restore your account.
