invoice was paid by customer two days ago but amount is not showing up in my balance.

I had a customer pay an invoice two days ago but the money is not showing up in my account.  It says the transaction was completed

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving a payment. Have you made sure your email address is confirmed? If not, here's How to confirm your email address. 

 

The funds could also be on hold, have you received any notifications stating your funds are on hold? Here's a Help Center article to help there: Why is my payment on hold or unavailable?
