i thought transfer TO my wallet FROM my bank was instant? - says takes 3>5 days (buisness account)

basically as the title... every single bit of info i can find online about this says that *payments made TO your wallet from your BANK are instant* and etc...

But when i click *add money* on the *3 dots* it says it will take 3>5 working days.

I am a buisness account (because i set it up wrong) and i use an english bank (don't want to name it in case anyone can hack me from it... i was hacked a few months ago - unrelated)
