I see you're looking to transfer money from your PayPal balance to your Standard bank credit card. Transfer options for PayPal may differ from country to country. For your country, you can see the available transfer options under PayPal balance or in wallet page of your PayPal account. Here's how you can withdraw money from your PayPal account :
Go to Wallet.
Click Transfer Money.
Follow the instructions.
