Hi, I work as a freelancer and receive my pay over paypal. They keep holding my money and telling me to add shipping address, but since I work online, that's not possible, since I'm not shipping anything. When I try checking a box for "No shipping info required" or something like that, and clicking on delivered or processed, it just tells me "That's an invalid transaction". What do I do?
When you create an invoice you can select "service" instead of goods. If your customers are sending you money they need to make sure its not for goods, only for services.
