e toAccept payment button not working?

HI, PayPal received payment from a buyer and the "ACCEPT" payment button takes me to an old PayPal page that asks me to verify and then goes to an error page. Money is in transit somewhere since PayPal says buyer has "PAID" but I can't "ACCEPT"?

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble accepting a payment. 

 

Since you're being asked to Accept the payment, it sounds like this is the first time you've received a payment via PayPal. In order to receive a payment, you'd need to link a bank to transfer the money. If you'd like to keep the money in your PayPal balance, you'd need to confirm your identity
