Did not recive money to my bank, the case was closed.
A week ago, I sent money to my bank via paypal, there were two types of shipments and one of them returned (a small amount) and the larger amount was never returned.Paypal promised to recive these money within 2 days. It is not in either the paypal or the bank, although if the paypal could not find my bank, it could return everything back.but it did not. I was tired of waiting for so long and I wrote a complaint that I did not receive my amount of money, and the next day the case was closed ala "sorry but not our problems and our support does not support this case" by closing it. What should I do, it’s very unpleasant for me, because during the week I didn’t receive anything from the bank or through other services after using Paypal.Issue is not eith those services, i was cheking them using with via visa, and when i had did same with paypal nothing didn´t came.
