Hi ,any1 can help my with this ..i cant send my paypal balance or use it on any other way (exept transfering to visa card that is linked ) but cant actually send paypal balance to any other paypal members ,even if i have enough money on paypal balance ... also to mention that in payment options ,it shows me just "card" i cant add prefered option as balance ...any solutions ?
