can't get get donations from streamlabs to paypal

I stream on a Trovo account and wanted to make a donation.

I have connected StreamLabs with my Paypal.

I did everything that was asked of me.

However, when trying to send a donation, the message Something went wrong appears.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to make a donation. To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved. I recommend you to try to make the donation at a later date.

Thank you for your reply. 

If you are unable to receive donations, this could be due to a number of things. 

First of all, I would ask that you review the following: How do I receive money through PayPal? 

Secondly, please ensure that your email address is confirmed, see: How do I confirm my email address? (paypal.com) 

I would also ask that you add and confirm a card on your PayPal account, for steps on this, see: How do I link a debit or credit card to my account? (paypal.com)

Ensure your account is verified: How do I verify my PayPal account 

If all the above steps are checked, please visit your PayPal Resolution Center and select 'Go To Account Limitations' to ensure there are no limitations preventing you from receiving payments.

I've checked every possible option you mentioned, but each one has been done a long time ago. The only thing is that I didn't check limitations because there is no such option in the business account. I really don't know what else to do.

If you have any other option, please help me.
