@fboonleong, welcome back! I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion on the ability to transfer funds via Friends & Family. Normally, if the option to use that transaction type is available for a payment, you'll see it when going to send money. If you do not see it, that does mean the only other option would be to send a payment via Goods & Services, which will incur a payment fee on the receiver's end. Also, there may be a small fee charged to you depending on how you pay or if it's an international payment
