Money refund issue

Hello, I have a question regarding money refund; I could not reach out to PayPal help center. I have canceled two order one in March 30, that has a status of "pending" and the second one was being returned in March 22, however it is not even in the PayPal to review. Do you have any ideas, what should I do ?

When a transaction is pending with a temporary authorization and the authorization expires, the transaction totally disappears from your PayPal account activity and the money on hold at your bank or card is released as if the transactions never happened so if both transactions were pending at the time and they are both gone from PayPal activity, check your bank/card account balance to see if the funds have been returned.

Hello, the transaction that has been refunded in 22 of March does not appear neither in Paypal nor in my bank account. is it matter of time?

Then you should look at the balance of your bank to see if it went back up by that amount.

Was the “refund”, for a completed payment and seller issued refund or was it a pending transaction the entire time and needed to expire by itself?
