Click here to visit he contact us page and then scroll down the page, you will find Call us option, proceed with it to get connected with support team.
I did contact you support team through your chat site. The person I dealt with had no idea what he was doing and simply stopped answering my questions. That person obviously should not be working in Customer Service.
