Your payment is waiting

Dear all,

I have receive an email with the subject "Your payment is waiting"  and the payment is not added into my PayPal account.

Also, it is showing the below message.

"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.

Please provide the missing information by 23 September 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender. "

 

Please reply what should I do. help  me

I got the amount in my account.

 

If I am not wrong, this will be your first paypal international payment.

I had to update my profile to add purpose code, other details.

 

Then the amount got sent back to the person who had sent it. He resent it.

 

Then onwards, receiving the international payments without any problem

@CPonVenkatesh Thank you so much for the reply. I also added purpose code and PAN card and got the mail saying now I can send and receive payments. But what should i do ? Should I ask PayPal to send back the amount to the person ? or wait till paypal sends it back and make him resend or can I just inform Paypal that I have updated and so please credit to my Paypal account .Which will be the fastest. Please let me know
