The payment I am accepting is from Workana (a freelancer platform) I got an email from PayPal stating below: Subject: Your payment is waiting Email: Funds received $XXX.XX USD Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 1 October 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender. As per the email, if I go to Resolution center, I dont see anything pending. If I go to help chat, it is of no use. I have also completed expected KYC procedure. Please let me know if this helps or you need more information Regards.
