Withdraw from Patreon to PayPal for Ukraine account?

I have a Patreon account for support my family in Ukraine in this dark time. Can i withdraw from patreon to paypal (Ukraine account)?

The payments received have to be classified as friends and family/personal payments. Patreon payouts might not be classified as f&f but as goods and services.

You should be able to withdraw, but your payout could be denied by PayPal for no rhyme or reason.
