Withdraw - endless sms verification

I am trying to withdraw from my balance to bank this morning. PayPal is asking sms verification once I entered the amount. I did SMS verification and it says identity confirmed. But the web page returns back to the amount page and this circles all the time. How can I fix this?

I do understand your frustration with this. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like you are experiencing a technical issue when trying to make your withdrawal. This can happen sometimes, depending on a few factors. 

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try using an alternative browser/device. If you continue to experience this issue, please wait 72 hours before trying again.
