I see you would like to know if you would get banned for sending small amounts to the same user multiple times. Your account will not be banned until, there is something unusual or if you're unable to verify the activity. If the system feels there is something unusual with the activity you do then your account could be put under limitations by minimizing your features in the account. Hence it is not recommended to do so. For more information you can refer to the Article.
