Why I cannot withdraw my money?

Hey! I am trying to withdraw my available balance to my card, but when I click on "Next" nothing happens, and it's not working. Although, I tried from different browsers and devices. Please advise.

Have you linked and confirmed a visa card to your account?

Yeah! It's was already linked about a couple of months ago. And I withdraw many times with it, last time was like a week ago, and it was working fine. But I don't know why it's not loading the next page to confirm the transaction.

I'm sorry to hear you've all run into some issues transferring funds out of your PayPal account. As kernowlass stated above, you may also need to confirm your card after you've linked it. While this isn't a declined payment, I would still recommend completing the steps in this Help Center article first: Why was my payment declined? 

 

If those steps don't fix the issues, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.
