Minimum is a dollar.

Fees as per link....vary according to country, as you have not said I have linked the U.S fees.

@kernowlass . thanks. Right before I make some transactions my account got tmp limited. And after uploading a photo now its permanently limited. Can I appeal or something? If so how?
