Hello, Im building a Startup and it’s a Plattform, for the online Payments I would like to use PayPal but I have sone questions. I will be the middle man between two customers. We actually wanted to charge small commission rates but as PayPal ist charging more than 2% we would to increase that number. Is there any chance to decrease the commisson fee on PayPal? Also is there a best practice? Should I at first keep that money on my PayPal and then transfer the money to the customer via bank transaction? Happy for any advice
