Upwork Payment not received in my PayPal account

Good Morning I am contacting you to report the problem of a money transfer that had some troubles. I've done a money transfer (437.7 USD) to my Paypal account on September 20, 2022, but still didn't receive any notification about the process. I've done another transfer of 71 USD, and it was successful. I just want to know if the problem occured due a mistake of transferring money from my Upwork

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
