Unable to receive funds.

The email from paypal says that go to Resolution Center and provide information and I did complete my KYC and opened a business account but why am I not recieving the funds sent through email from streetbees (0.12USD).

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving funds. The first thing we recommend is to make sure you've Confirmed your email address. After that, we recommend making sure the sender has sent the funds to the right email or phone number. If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
