Hello, I am trying to claim my money back for a refund I received for a purchase online. I have until the 14th of October before it expires but it is telling me when I try and make the claim that the transaction has already expired. How is this possible?

Hello @MichelleQ1,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum.
I understand your concern regarding the refund. In general, all refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Here's the help center article to know more about the refund. In this situation, I would recommend reaching out to our customer support team through the available contact options at the bottom of our website so that our advisors can review your account and help you accordingly.
I hope this helps,
Ayesha
