Unable to Withdraw Salary to Bank Account

Hello,

I had recently received money from my employer via PayPal, and as I was attempting to withdraw the money to my bank account (using the instant withdraw method) for saving, I kept getting the screen:

There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction.

I had done all the troubleshooting according to PayPal's help page and set up my account properly, as well as trying it both on my computer and phone, eventually PayPal even 'limited my account due to a login from an unusual location' as I checked my phone and email, I had attempted to withdraw £10 and the error message seem to disappear, may I know why this issue occured and how could I withdraw the full sum of my salary paid?

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while withdrawing funds. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. From the reading of the information that you have shared, it seems like our system is blocking you from completing the transaction. Each time you make a transaction on your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved, If the system deems a transaction to be a potentially high risk, block the transaction from going through all together. However, potential triggers include multiple unsuccessful attempts within the same day. In this case, you may try again at later time.
